Tom Trese Networking LLC partners with a Montana health system to recruit an Acute Care Clinical Supervisor in Great Falls. You will lead nursing teams, guide education and evaluations, and oversee scheduling and compliance while providing hands-on care during surges across Med/Surg, Pediatric, Geriatric and ED settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leaders and physicians, staffing optimization, and ongoing professional development within a full-time on-site framework.

Formación

• Education: BSN from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Montana RN license or eligibility; BLS; ACLS/PALS/TNCC/ENPC required or within 6 months.
• Clinical: 7+ years RN experience in Medical-Surgical/Acute Care/ED; 1+ year in management.
• Leadership: strong nursing leadership, bedside support during high census/acuity.
• Competencies: communication, conflict resolution, customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, organize, and direct daily operations across the department.
• Drive staff development, onboarding, evaluations, and education events.
• Manage scheduling, timecards, interviews, quality data, incidents, sick logs, huddles.
• Provide bedside support across Med/Surg, Pediatrics, Geriatrics, and ED when needed.
• Direct Charge Nurses, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Clerks, Technicians; coordinate with leadership.
