Bitterroot Health in Hamilton, MT is seeking an Acute Care Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care across age groups in a busy acute care setting. The RN evaluates care plans, documents in the EMR, and collaborates with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Candidates must hold a current Montana (or compact) RN license, with BLS; ACLS/PALS within one year, and NIHSS within one year. Full-time schedule is 36 hours per week on the day shift with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with BSN or ADN.
• Current Montana or compact RN license.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS within 1 year; NIHSS within 1 year.

Registered Nurse opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!

Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill an Acute Care Registered Nurse position. The Acute Care RN provides professional nursing care to patients with various acuities across the age spectrum. Evaluates the nursing process and documents findings in the EMR. Directs patient care activities, collaborates with ancillary staff, and communicates with providers and co-workers regarding patient conditions. Participates in quality and performance improvement projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing BSN or ADN, current Montana, or compact license per Montana Board of Nursing Regulations.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support and current Montana or compact license per Montana Board of Nursing Regulations. ACLS and PALS within one year of hire, NIHSS within 1 year hire.
• Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to coordinate care, assess plans and evaluate needs to assure quality care. Must read and communicate effectively in English. Computer Skills/EMR experience preferred.
