Job summary

IU Health in Bloomington is seeking an RN with at least 1 year of experience for a med/surg/unit with oncology and cardio focus. The unit is Acuity Adaptable with 15 beds, offering growth opportunities and on-call duties every 6 weeks.

Both part-time and full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus through 9/30/2026, and referral incentives. IU Health provides comprehensive benefits and professional development.

Qualifications

• Requires ASN or BSN; active RN license in Indiana.
• RN must graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit.
• Exceptions: candidates with >2 years acute care experience may be considered.
