Our acuity adaptable unit is a unique care environment that supports medical-surgical, progressive care, and limited critical care patients - all within a single flexible space.
With an average daily census of 8 patients, our unit adjusts seasonally to meet the needs of our rural community. Nurses here are cross-trained to manage a wide range of acuity levels, making this an ideal setting for those who thrive in a dynamic, team-based environment.
Due to the rural setting, our team operates with limited resources, requiring strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with a dedicated interdisciplinary team including nurses, patient care assistants, case managers, physicians, pharmacists, and dietitians - all committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
