Job summary

Central Minnesota Mental Health Center (CMMHC) seeks a registered nurse to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team in St. Cloud.

You will provide medically necessary treatment, rehabilitation and support services to recipients with serious mental illness, administering medications and documenting treatment in collaboration with the team psychiatrist, NP or CNS. This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule with some evenings, weekends, and an on-call rotation with additional

Qualifications

• Licensed by the State of Minnesota as a Registered Nurse.
• Minnesota Statute 245.462 subdivision 17 qualifications.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ACT team to develop, revise and ensure adherence to medication policies.
• Transcribe, administer and record medication; order from pharmacies and document administration.
• Evaluate medication effectiveness and side effects; document client responses.
• Provide medication education to recipients and assess readiness to learn.
