Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as an RN by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS and/or PALS may be required depending on unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to promote health and prevent illness.
• Coordinate and manage nursing care for patients and families.
• Deliver patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team under physician guidance.
