Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, planning, implementing and evaluating care with the multidisciplinary team, plus thorough documentation and family communication.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care per policy and standards.
• Coordinate and supervise care with the health care team.
• Document care, assessments and patient responses accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and providers.
