Qualifications

• Successful completion of ACLS and BLS as part of onboarding.
• Experience in or willingness to complete critical care training and stroke requirements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in CCU.
• Provide care for critically ill patients across age groups per unit policy.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and participate in unit procedures.

Always the right career direction.**## **Job Description Summary**Uses the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care provided to individuals in a Critical Care Unit (e.g., NCCU, CVICU, CCU). Actively accepts, understands, and practices appropriate standards of critical care nursing. Actively supports the mission, vision, and values of the hospital and department.
