Endeavor Health in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced RN for Cardiac Teleunit. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care, coordinate with the team, and document thoroughly. The role requires adaptability, strong clinical skills, and patient-family communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Illinois registered nurse license.
• Minimum one year of staff nurse experience.
• Current CPR certification and ability to obtain unit-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Uses nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients and families.
• Maintains competency and participates in professional development.
• Guides and supervises nursing staff in patient care.
• Promotes safety and prevents injuries to patients and staff.
• Documents care thoroughly and timely.
