Job summary

Riverside Health & Rehabilitation in North Charleston, South Carolina is hiring a full-time RN – Registered Nurse with shifts from 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am, including every other weekend. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for newly hired RNs who start before June 30, 2026.

The RN will deliver excellent patient care while collaborating with the nursing staff. Candidates should possess a valid RN license, with 1+ years of experience in long-term care preferred. A variety of benefits, including medical and tuition reimbursement, are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision using the state's Nurse Practice Act.
• Deliver nursing care and report pertinent patient information.
• Supervise care given by other nursing staff as needed.
