Riverside Health & Rehabilitation in South Carolina is seeking a full-time Wound Care Nurse RN. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires who start on or before July 31, 2026.

The role involves assessing, treating, and creating care plans for patients with complex wounds in a team-focused setting. Wage is USD $33.50 - $37.50 per hour, with compensation reflecting factors such as skill, experience, licensure, and organizational needs within a long-term care facility.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in good standing with the state as required.
• 1–2 years wound care experience.
• WOCN certification preferred.
• 1+ years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and direct assistance in the management of patients with altered skin integrity (pressure necrosis, wounds, fistulas, etc).
• Offer in-service programs as needed to assist nursing, rehabilitation and medical staff to maintain knowledge and competence in wound care.
• Collect, analyze and document information and statistics related to wounds in the facility, as well as perform clinical evaluations for potential wound admissions.
