Edgefield Post Acute in Edgefield, South Carolina is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehab team. You will deliver high‑quality resident care, perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well‑being of our residents.
• Complete nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs while promoting a positive team environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate, resident‑centered care.

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $29-$32/hour (based on experience)
• $3/hour Weekday Night Shift Differential
• $4/hour Weekend Shift Differential (Saturday & Sunday)
