Job summary

You will administer medications and apply evidence-based protocols to improve outcomes. The position is a 13‑week contract with a $65/hr rate, requiring weekend duties and a 7 shifts per pay period schedule; coverage across Med/Surg areas may occur.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing.
• Alabama Board of Nursing License.
• BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire date.
• 1 to 2 years of Med/Surg experience.

POSITION SUMMARY

Administers Medications according to standard nursing practice. Ensures improvements in practice settings by assuming responsibility for self-development.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• $65/hr
• 13 week contract
• Expectation to work every other weekend and 7 shifts per pay period (3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next week)
• May be assigned to cover ALL Med/Surg areas
