Chippewa Manor is seeking a casual RN/LPN to join our skilled nursing and rehab team in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Work is on a flexible basis with options like weekend evenings, and you choose shifts based on availability.

You will provide nursing care for rehab and senior patients, administer medications, monitor changes, and collaborate with the health care team. This role offers a supportive work environment with 401k, health plan, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Shift Options Include

• Every other weekend 6 pm to 10 pm
• Additional casual shifts are available weekly
• More fixed scheduling options may be available

Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Providing registered nursing care primarily for rehab clients, extended care and senior patients
• Assessing patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions
• Collaboration with health care team to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families
• Administer medications/treatments as prescribed by a physician or according to established policies and protocols
• Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions
• Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment
• May include some supervision of licensed practical nurses, CNAs and other nursing staff
