Chippewa Manor Nursing Home in Chippewa Falls, WI, seeks a part-time PM Certified Nursing Assistant or Resident Assistant to care for Assisted Living residents in private apartments. You will work with RNs and health care professionals in a team approach to provide high-quality care in a 5-star facility.

The role includes assisting with daily activities, meals, vital signs, and mobility, with rotating weekends and holidays. Competitive pay is based on skills and availability.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current CNA certification.
• Provide compassionate patient care to Assisted Living residents.
• Able to work as part of a health care team including RNs and physicians.
• Ability to take vital signs and assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities and needs.
• Help clients with meals and nourishment.
• Take vital signs and monitor health conditions.
• Transfer, reposition and assist with mobility and safety.
• Collect information about conditions from the care team and document appropriately.
• Answer patient calls and respond promptly to needs.
• Assist with wound care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Restock supplies and prepare rooms for patients.

Chippewa Manor currently has a part-time opening for a PM, Certified Nursing Assistant or Resident Assistant. This position is responsible for providing care to Assisted Living clients living in private apartments, working in a team approach with RNs and other health care professionals.

Chippewa Manor is a 5-star rated skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This position is responsible for providing care to clients, working in a team approach with physicians, RNs and other health care professionals.

• PM shift, 2-10:30pm 2-3 days a week – weekdays, rotating weekends and every other holiday

Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Assisting clients with daily activities and needs
• Help clients with meals
• Take vital signs
• Transfer, move or reposition patients
• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregiver team
• Answer patient calls
• Examine patient injuries/wounds
• Clean and sanitize patient areas
• Assist in changing of bed sheets and restocking necessary supplies
• Other duties as assigned
