Position Overview

As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and lead rehabilitation strategies focused on improving mobility, balance, endurance, and safety in a skilled nursing environment. This flexible PRN opportunity allows you to contribute your expertise while maintaining schedule flexibility.

What You’ll Do

• Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide interventions targeting mobility, strength, balance, and fall prevention
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff
