Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maryland is required.
• Associates in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical tasks including patient education, medication administration, vaccine administration, and nursing assessments.
• Coordinate access to services and help patients navigate the health care system.
• Deliver health education and counseling while applying trauma-informed approaches and motivational interviewing when appropriate.
• Document services accurately in the electronic medical record.
