Job summary

Independence Health System Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for 32 hours per week with day/night rotation.

You will provide direct nursing care to a diverse patient population including medical/surgical, orthopedic, pediatric, bariatric, urology and neurosurgical cases, coordinating with the care team to meet patient goals and deliver excellent service. Qualifications

• Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current PA RN license, Healthcare Provider CPR, Act 33/73 Clearances, and PEARS required within one year of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medical/surgical, orthopedic, pediatric, bariatric, urology and neurosurgical patients.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver care and coordinate with the health care team.
• Communicate with all team members to ensure patient goals are met and provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
