Job summary

Qualifications

• PEARS certification required within one year of hire/transfer

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medical/surgical, orthopedic, pediatric, bariatric, urology and neurosurgical patients.
• Utilize the nursing process in the provision of care and coordinate with the health care team to meet patient goals.
• Communicate with all members of the health care team to assure patient goals are met and coordinate care.
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting patients and families' physical and emotional health.
