Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Endoscopy Team at Winchester Hospital. This 30-hour per week role focuses on patient assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians to optimize care.

The ideal candidate holds Massachusetts RN licensure (BSN preferred) and has experience in endoscopy or related units. Compensation ranges from $36.00 to $90.14 per hour, with eligibility for applicable shift differentials and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• BSN strongly encouraged; work experience in endoscopy or related units preferred.

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Pay Range:

$36.00 - $90.14

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
