Hamilton Grove Healthcare & Rehabilitation is looking for a reliable RN (Registered Nurse) 3-11 & 11-7 Weekend Supervisor to ensure that quality and compassionate patient care is provided for on all of our nursing units during the evening (3pm-11pm) shift.

The RN Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the nursing staff to ensure that the assigned duties are being performed in a professional and timely manner. This RN Nursing Supervisor nurse may also act as a floor nurse on a unit, to accommodate staffing needs. Our ideal candidate will be actively involved in providing staff support, assist with admissions and ensure that all tasks are completed.

The general responsibilities of the RN Supervisor will be as follows:

Must hold an active New Jersey RN license in the state of New Jersey or a compact license allowing the RN to work in the state of New Jersey.
