Hamilton Grove Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a reliable RN (Registered Nurse) Weekend Supervisor for the evening shift (3pm-11pm) on weekends. This RN Nursing Supervisor will monitor nursing staff, may act as floor nurse, assist with admissions, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

The role emphasizes staff support, high-quality resident care, and collaboration with leadership. The ideal candidate holds an active New Jersey RN license (or compact) and has experience in geriatrics

Qualifications

Active New Jersey RN license or compact license to practice in NJ.
Experience supervising evening/weekend nursing staff preferred.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee evening nursing staff ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to schedules.
Supervise nursing personnel providing guidance and assistance as needed.
Monitor resident care quality and compassionate service.
Collaborate with care staff to develop and implement care plans.
Conduct rounds to assess resident needs and address concerns.
Respond to emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
Communicate with families, residents, and staff.
Work with leadership to promote a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
Participate in QA programs and continuous improvement efforts.
Address conflicts among staff promptly and professionally.
Foster teamwork and dedication to resident well-being.
