Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking an RN for a 2nd shift role in a smaller 39-bed facility where nurses are supported, valued, and never treated like just a number. You will assess residents, administer medications, and supervise nursing assistants while ensuring compliance with state standards and delivering compassionate care.

This full-time position offers flexible start times, a strong team culture, and opportunities to pick up extra shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Medication administration and IV certification are required.
• Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Passion for resident care and clinical excellence.
• Positive, dependable attendance and a team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role).
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards.
• Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment.
