Job summary

Atrium Centers is hiring dedicated nurses in Wisconsin for full-time roles. You will administer medications, provide individualized nursing care, and document thoroughly while upholding infection control standards. Collaboration with the care team aims to enhance outcomes for residents in a 87-bed facility.

Must hold an active RN or LPN license, with IV certification and knowledge of State Rules and Regulations. A compassionate, reliable attitude and strong attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and complete treatments per resident plans.

• Must hold a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
