Job summary

Atrium Centers in Michigan is seeking an RN to provide direct nursing care within a smaller 39-bed facility. You will assess residents, administer medications, and support the nursing team ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong clinical judgment, and adherence to state regulations. We offer flexible shift options, 2nd shift with a start window (2pm–4pm), and the chance to pick up extra shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Ability to administer medications and IVs.
• Strong knowledge of applicable state regulations.
• Commitment to compassionate resident care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as needed.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role).
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
• Support residents with compassion and professional clinical judgment.
