Atrium Centers is a 39-bed, nurse-driven facility that emphasizes teamwork and resident relationships. We offer 12-hour shifts for schedule flexibility, PRN options across all shifts, and an ESOP-driven, employee-owned environment that values compassionate care and professional growth.

As a nurse (RN/LPN), you will provide direct medical care, mentor aides, and maintain high standards of clinical practice in a supportive, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license
• Medication administration and IV certification
• Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations
• Compassionate resident care
• Team-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role)
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards
• Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment
