Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a motivated RN or LPN to join our 100% employee-owned team at our Wisconsin facility. The role involves delivering nursing care to residents across 8-hour shifts, with options for full-time or part-time schedules.

You will administer medications, follow individualized care plans, and document all records accurately while adhering to infection control standards. Join a compassionate, community-focused organization that values excellence in resident care.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license valid in Wisconsin.
• Ability to administer medications and IV certification.
• Strong working knowledge of State Rules and Regulations.
• A passion for caring for residents and excellent attendance

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs.
• Provide nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of records and reports.
• Comply with infection control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve workflows and resident care outcomes
