Job summary

Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur is a long-term care residence providing compassionate, high-quality care in a faith-based environment.

We seek a compassionate RN to join our 80-bed, five-star facility, delivering individualized care to Sisters. Full-time or part-time, with bi-weekly schedules, while mentoring STNAs and collaborating with physicians.

Qualifications

• Current and valid license in the State of Ohio (LPN or RN).
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor residents and report changes to supervising RN/physician.
• Supervise and support STNAs, ensuring quality care and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Uphold mission and faith-based service.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable RN Nurses to join our healthcare team in our 80-bed, five-star facility. This vital role involves providing high-quality, personalized care to our Sisters, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Sisters.

Schedules available:

Full-Time – 72 hours/bi-weekly

• 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• Sun/Wed/Thurs/Friday
• Mon/Tue/Weds/Thurs/Sat

Part-Time – 48 hours/bi-weekly

• 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• Mon/Tues/Sat
• Sun/Thurs/Fri

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on nursing care and assist in implementing individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor Sisters conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN and physician.
• Supervise and support STNAs, ensuring quality care and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively team members.
