Job summary

HealthNet in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across units. This full-time role includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a starting pay of $31.44 per hour, with pay dependent on experience.

You will assess patients, administer medications, collaborate with care teams, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Requirements include an Indiana RN license, ASN or BSN preferred, and BLS; travel between health centers may be required.

Qualifications

• ASN required or equivalent RN program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Indiana RN license and BLS certification.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition by observing and recording status.
• Conduct accurate clinical assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with care teams to obtain equipment and supplies.
• Assist with procedures and point-of-care testing.
