HealthNet is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care at Speedway Health Center in Indianapolis, IN. The role includes administering medications, conducting assessments, collaborating with care teams, and performing administrative tasks.

The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, requires an ASN, Indiana RN license, and BLS certification, with BSN preferred. Part-time, 24 hours per week, with travel between health centers possible.

Qualifications

• ASN required.
• BSN preferred.
• Indiana RN license required.
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition by observing and recording patient behavior.
• Conduct accurate clinical assessments.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Assist units with problem-solving for equipment, meds, and supplies.
• Collaborate with providers and care teams.
• Assist with procedures.
• Perform point-of-care testing.
• Complete patient paperwork and administrative duties.
• Develop and maintain ongoing patient relationships.
• Maintain accurate reporting to health department.
