Job summary

HealthNet in Indianapolis is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, first shift role that may float to multiple center locations. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and support across clinics within the HealthNet network.

You’ll assess patients, administer medications, collaborate with care teams, and maintain accurate documentation while building ongoing relationships with patients and families in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Requires an ASN in nursing from an accredited program.
• BSN is preferred but not required.
• Indiana RN license in good standing is required.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Additional life support certifications may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition by observing and recording behavior.
• Conduct accurate clinical assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with providers and care teams.
• Assist with procedures and point-of-care testing.
• Maintain patient documentation and reporting to health department.
• Develop ongoing relationships with patients.
