Job summary

HealthNet in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will assess patients, administer medications, collaborate with care teams and perform procedures and point-of-care testing as needed.

The role requires an ASN with Indiana RN licensure eligibility; BSN is preferred. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with competitive compensation and comprehensive health plans.

Qualifications

• ASN required or enrolled with plan to obtain RN license.
• RN license in Indiana is required.
• BSN preferred per employer requirements.
• Nationally accredited nursing program accreditation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s condition by observing and recording patient behavior.
• Conduct accurate clinical assessments.
• Administer medications and other treatment options.
• Assist units and staff with equipment, medications, and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with providers and care teams.
• Assist with procedural care as required.
• Perform point-of-care testing as directed.
• Complete administrative duties including patient paperwork.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with patients.
• Maintain accurate reporting to health department.
