Job summary

Adventist Health Sierra Vista in California is seeking an experienced RN Lead to oversee nursing teams and coordinate patient care. You will collect and analyze data, develop care plans, and ensure safe, compassionate delivery of services in a healing environment.

As a nurse lead, you will teach patients and families, participate in discharge planning, delegate tasks, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to promote optimal outcomes and seamless care continuity.

Qualifications
