Hireology is seeking Registered Nurses for full-time and PRN roles with 12-hour shifts (6a-6p/6p-6a). Competitive pay and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with matching, PTO and holidays.

You will coordinate total patient care, document status changes, prepare progress notes, assist physicians, and follow universal precautions and emergency procedures. Requirements: 1 year RN experience, Texas compact license or Texas Nursing License, current CPR certification, and

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience
• Compact license or Texas Nursing License in good standing
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Ability to work flexible schedule
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Responsabilités

• Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the RN and the physician's plan of care, and follow the nursing care plan for each patient
• Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change
• Prepare clinical/progress notes and summaries
• Assist the physician and Registered Nurse in complex nursing situations
• Follow universal precautions whenever giving any aspect of patient care
• Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, incident, e.g., accident, injury or significant change in the patient's condition
