Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Denver seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate patient care in a high-acuity setting. You will work under the direction of nursing leadership to deliver compassionate nursing care throughout 3 shift rotations.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, delivering safe care, coordinating with physicians, and educating patients and families. ACLS/BLS certification is required, with ACLS within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be AHA approved.
• New graduate RNs may be considered based on qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individualized patient care.
• Deliver safe, high quality nursing care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes.
• Contribute to discharge planning and education for families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation; ensure patient safety.
