Job summary

Langdon Place of Dover is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our nursing team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise and support LPNs and LNAs, and participate in care planning with an interdisciplinary team.

We offer competitive pay based on experience plus shift differential and a sign-on bonus for full-time staff. Shifts include Full Time Night 7AM–7PM with on-call participation every ~10 weeks. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.

Langdon Place of Dover is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our nursing team. Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on experience + shift differential

• Sign On Bonus: Full Time: $7,500 | Part Time: $3,750

Shifts Available:

Full Time Night Shift: 7AM - 7PM, flexibility on days

On-call participation required (1x every 10 weeks)

Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising and supporting LPNs, LNAs, Medication Technicians, and other assigned staff. You will play a key role in resident assessments, care planning, medication administration, clinical decision-making, and ensuring the highest standards of quality care.
