Langdon Place of Nashua is seeking dedicated LPN/RN to join our compassionate care team in Nashua, NH. The role involves administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, and coordinating with physicians to adjust care plans.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license in New Hampshire.

Job description

Langdon Place of Nashua is looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 based on experience + applicable shift differentials

Sign On Bonus: LPN $2,500 | RN $2,750

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust care plans as needed.
• Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ overall well-being.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans.

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire.
