Maxim Healthcare is hiring RN's to work with pediatric patients in the school setting in Lincoln, NE. We have patients with g-tubes, tracheostomies, and/or ventilators.

Available Shifts

• Part Time and Full Time Days

Salary: $40-$45/hour

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to clients receiving contracted services, as required.
2. Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions from prescribers as patient needs change.
3. Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and goals.
4. Intervene in response to changes in patient condition and report to appropriate physicians or supervisors.
5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor and document effectiveness.
6. Review plans of care and protocols, and identify areas for education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning.

Requirements:

• Current RN License for the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.
