Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in the Wilmington area. You will deliver high-quality 1:1 care to pediatric and adult clients in their homes, with schedules that include day and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina.
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home on a schedule you choose and provide direct care.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide hands-on client care with autonomy in the home.

Meet Our Clients:

We’re hiring caring and compassionate nurses to support our pediatric and adult clients throughout the Wilmington and Whiteville region.

Schedule:

• Both day and overnight opportunities are available
• Full-time and part-time options available
• Flexible scheduling: Let us know which days or nights work best for you!

Pay:

• Starting pay: $31-33 per hour (client-specific)

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
