Job summary

BAYADA Fayetteville Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our 1:1 in-home care team serving pediatric and adult clients in the Fayetteville region. We offer flexible day and overnight schedules with full-time and part-time options.

As a private duty RN you will travel to clients’ homes, follow doctors’ orders, assess conditions, and document care; enjoy weekly pay and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, life insurance, EAP,

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN).
• Current North Carolina nursing license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in home health or applicable setting.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes for in-home visits.
• Follow doctors' orders and document interventions accurately.
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Provide autonomous, compassionate care with client safety in mind.

Schedule:

• Both day and overnight opportunities are available

Pay:

• Starting pay: $31-33 per hour (client-specific)
• $250 Bonus (Eligibility requirements apply)

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
