Job summary

Colonial Vista Post Acute in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and care for residents in a full-time role. You will assess, plan, implement and review care, administer medications, manage IVs and wound care, and mentor LPNs and CNAs on shift.

We value strong clinical judgment and teamwork. Washington RN licensure and CPR/BLS are required; new grads are welcome. Generous benefits and the chance to grow into leadership roles are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Washington RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and plan, carry out and review their care.
• Pass medications and treatments, manage IVs and wound care.
• Lead and support LPNs and CNAs on your shift.
• Spot changes in condition early and coordinate with physicians and care team.
• Keep clear, accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Partner with residents and families on their care and recovery.
