Job summary

Colonial Vista Post Acute in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on nursing care in post-acute rehab and long-term care. You will pass medications, monitor changes, and support the care team to achieve resident recovery goals.

We value a caring heart, strong communication, and a team-first attitude. Washington LPN license and CPR/BLS certification are required; new grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on nursing care to residents in post-acute rehab and long-term care.
• Pass medications and treatments safely and accurately.
