Job summary

Colonial Vista Post Acute in Wenatchee, WA, is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time day shifts with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Wage is DOE at $39.98–$53.80/hour for 12-hour shifts. Join a compassionate team delivering resident-centered care in a post-acute setting.

We are looking for an RN with current Washington license and CPR certification, with leadership and strong communication skills. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Washington State.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care for residents.
• Monitor and document changes in resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and care team members.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure care standards and safety practices are met.
• Support infection control, safety, and resident care plans.
