Job summary

Colonial Vista Post Acute in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role with a competitive hourly wage of $40–$58. You will lead care teams, pass medications, manage IVs and wounds, and coordinate with physicians to support residents’ recovery.

Strong clinical judgment, a Washington RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and a collaborative approach are essential. New grads are welcome, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Current Washington RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, good communication and a team-first attitude.
• Skilled nursing, post-acute or long-term care experience is a plus, and new grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and plan, carry out and review their care.
• Pass medications and treatments, and manage IVs, wound care and other skilled needs.
• Lead and support LPNs and CNAs on your shift.
• Spot changes in condition early and work with physicians and the care team.
• Keep clear, accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Partner with residents and families on their care and recovery.
