Job summary

Skyview Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations during night shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. The role acts as a clinical leader and resource for nursing staff while promoting a positive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; coordinating admissions and discharges; conducting rounds; and ensuring accurate documentation with QA and infection prevention support.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN license in good standing.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
