Job summary

The Earlwood Care Center in Torrance, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate healthcare team. You will plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current standards to ensure high-quality, dignified care.

You will lead a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with all regulations and supporting ongoing education and patient-centered care. New grads welcomed.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered RN license in CA; new grads welcomed.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure high-quality, dignified care.
• Guide and support LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal resident care.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local/state/federal regulations.

As aRegistered Nurse (RN), you will plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times. As a nurse leader, you will guide and support a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for our residents.

Must Have:

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state - New Grads Welcomed!
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Nice to Have:

• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
• Experience with PointClickCare
