Job summary

The Earlwood Center in Torrance, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate healthcare team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in a family-oriented environment.

You will lead a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs, ensure compliance with current standards and regulations, and uphold dignity in care. The position offers pay of $45–$47 per hour and an opportunity for growth and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered RN license in the state
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws and guidelines for long-term care

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times. As a nurse leader, you will guide and support a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for our residents.

Must Have

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state – New Grads Welcomed!
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Nice To Have

• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
• Experience with PointClickCare
