Job summary

Los Angeles Post Acute is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team in Los Angeles. You will plan and deliver nursing care to residents, guided by current standards and regulations to ensure the highest quality of care and dignity.

As a nurse leader, you will support LVN/LPNs and CNAs to optimize resident outcomes and ensure safe, person-centered care in a family-like environment. Strong knowledge of long-term care rules and procedures is required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in California.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, terminology, laws and guidelines for long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nursing care to residents following standards and regulations.
• Lead and support LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality care.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times. As a nurse leader, you will guide and support a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for our residents.

Must Have

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state – New Grads Welcomed!
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Nice To Have

• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
• Experience with PointClickCare
