Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 home nursing care in Scranton, PA. This role focuses on personalized patient care in the comfort of the patient’s home, moving away from fast-paced facility settings.

You'll monitor the patient, administer treatments, document care, and communicate with the care team to ensure safety, comfort, and independence in daily living.

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 nursing care in a home healthcare setting in Scranton, PA.

This is a great opportunity for an RN who wants to step away from the fast pace of a facility and focus on providing personalized, one-on-one care to a patient in the comfort of their home.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care in the patient’s home
• Monitor the patient’s condition and follow the established plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Complete appropriate nursing documentation
• Communicate changes or concerns with the care team
• Help support the patient’s health, safety, comfort, and independence

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania RN license
