Maxim Healthcare Services seeks a Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Trach and Vent care for our clients in Harleysville, PA and surrounding communities. The role offers a consistent day shift, one-on-one patient care, and the opportunity to help patients remain safely at home.

You will perform assessments, administer treatments, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred
• Experience in homecare, hospice, long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care is a plus

• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians

What You'll Do

As a Homecare Registered Nurse (RN), you will:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred
• Previous homecare, hospice, long-term care, rehabilitation, pediatric, medical-surgical, ICU, or acute care experience is a plus
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
